Our AI never charts without the nurse. Every note is reviewed, owned, and approved by a licensed human. We build tools that assist clinical judgment — never tools that replace it.
No fabricated vitals, no inferred measurements, no made-up data — anywhere, for any reason. If it wasn't said, it gets flagged for the nurse, not filled in. This rule has no exceptions and never will.
We talk the way nurses talk. Raw, direct, clinically specific. If a sentence wouldn't survive a nurses' station, it doesn't ship. Sanitized corporate language is a red flag here, not a skill.
